Visited this place to try their famous Chicken Bharta Boneless . It was yummy . Simply loved it . Was going great with Rumali Roti. Tried Mutton Rogan josh . Which was good juicy . Flavour were perfect . They have full dinner and lunch menu . They have a seprate family section too where you can only sit if you are accompanied with any lady. Try their Kulfi and tea. You can enjoy having food in car also . Must try place Must visit place

This eatery probably doesn't need shiny furniture to prove its worth. Walk in, dodge a chipped chair corner or two, and settle into what might technically be called a chair. But the moment the crispy, warm, generously stuffed aloo parathas hit the table you forget all about aesthetics. The dahi we had ordered was cold, creamy, thick, with just the right tang. The fresh lime soda could have been more refreshing with a few more ice cubes. People don't come here for the decor. They come here for comfort food done right. Come for the food. Just don't expect ergonomic seating.

We have ordered Chicken biryani, Chicken tikka, Mashala Kulcha and Chicken resmi tikka mashala. Food was good but one thing is missing in each and every dishes we have tried is Salt. They have used very less salt.

Azad Hind Hotel is located on Ballygunge Circular Road. It is not to be confused with Azad Hind Dhaba. I had a Chicken Bharta with Rumali roti and Butter Naan. The prices are on the higher side. However, the food is very delicious. The chicken bharta had cream, butter, eggs and was rich in taste and aroma. The butter naan was really fluffy. Overall, it was a good experience.

I like all punjabi dishes here. You must try everything and finally kulfi. Service is so fast that i never seen in any other restaurants. Prices are are very reasonable. Finally i would say one of the best restaurant for punjabi foods in Kolkata.

The staff were not particularly attentive or friendly, and the response time for orders was slower than expected. A more professional and customer-friendly approach would be appreciated. The ambience was not pleasant, with a noticeable unpleasant smell lingering in the air. Additionally, the washroom hygiene did not match the standards expected at this price range. Cleanliness should be a priority, but it felt neglected. Overall Verdict With poor food quality, unsatisfactory service, and an uncomfortable dining environment, Azad Hind Dhaba in Ballygunge does not offer value for money. There are far better options in the same price range that provide superior food and service.

A very famous dhaba in kolkata. Open 24x7. Food here is delicious and freshly cooked. We ordered tandoori roti and chicken varta. You can order veg food also. One unique thing is they have women only AC room for dine in. They should need extra care for washroom.
