Food Quality: The food quality was good, but it wasn't as great as it used to be a few years ago. While the taste was decent, it lacked the wow factor that I remember from my previous visits. It felt like the standards had slightly dropped. Service: The service was great, with the staff being very courteous and attentive. They were prompt and quite helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. However, the pace at which the food was served was a bit too fast. It felt like they were rushing us, and sometimes, they didn't give us enough time to fully enjoy one dish before bringing the next. Variety: There were plenty of food items on the menu, but I felt there should have been a bit more variety in the vegetarian options. It would have been nice to see more creative and flavorful dishes for non-meat eaters. Main Course: One thing that was missing for me was fish in the main course. It would have been a great addition to balance the selection, as it's something many people look forward to at a buffet-style restaurant like this. In conclusion, while Barbeque Nation at Lake Mall offers a decent experience, there are areas for improvement in food variety and pacing. A bit more attention to the vegetarian options and adding fish to the main course would make the experience much more enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of dining twice at the BBQ Nation outlet in Lake Mall, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! We went for a family dinner. I celebrated my mom's birthday. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile by the staff, and our waiter, Bijoy, took charge of ensuring that our evening was nothing short of fantastic. Bijoy's service was top-notch - attentive, courteous, and prompt. He took the time to explain the menu, made excellent recommendations, and was always available to refill our starters or clear our plates. Because of his kindness and hospitality, we appreciated the extra effort he put in to make our dining experience special. Now, onto the food - oh, the glorious food! BBQ Nation's signature buffet spread did not disappoint. The variety of dishes was staggering, with something for every palate and preference. From the succulent kebabs to the flavorful curries, and from the crispy salads to the decadent desserts, every bite was a delight. The quality of the food was exceptional, we were very impressed What truly sets BBQ Nation apart, however, is the value for money. The seating was comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our meal. The buffet spread is incredibly generous, and the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent choice for families, groups, and couples alike. The staffs also placed a background music and clapped their hands for birthday celebration. In short, our experience at BBQ Nation in Lake Mall was outstanding, and we can't wait to go back! I visited during a mutton festival, and beside the mutton starter and biriyani other mutton were not good. There other veg and non veg starters are wonderful and dessert was nice. Main course was average like everywhere. Very good experience, 923/- per person cost and it was worthy.

Barbeque Nation at Lake Mall, Kolkata, offers an amazing dining experience with good food and hospitality. The live grill adds a unique touch, and the variety of starters, mains, and desserts is impressive. The staff is attentive and ensures you have a great time. They are really very courteous and I the best I have ever seen. Taste of starters were good but the main course and desert was average. Tip- Book through their app and get Rs 100 off on your first booking. Perfect place for family outings or celebrations!

We visit there frequently... Every staffs is very nice to us and they treat my baby boy like king. They serve us like family... Food is just fantastic.. there is nothing to say about the taste just marvellous. A big thank you to them for everything

The service and quality of food is really commendable. I had a event arranged out there for 46 people, which went really well. Only problem is the central AC, which is not efficient in chilling the space. Another problem is the parking space, if you are travelling through car it ll be quite hectic to find out space out there

It was my first time in Barbeque Nation's Lake Mall outlet.The food was really awesome.There were lots of varieties in starters,main course and desserts.All the items were superb except few items like chicken biryani which was very average.Also you can request them to adjust few dishes like starters, mutton etc according to your own taste pallette.And the service provided by Mr Rinjan was excellent & his behavior was extremely polite.
