The ambience was great, the best seat is the sofa in the glass walled narrow chamber. It gives a lot of privacy and offers the best view of the place with the adjacent bookshelves and the overhanging foliage. The Korean lemonade was refreshing in the summer heat and the Kanchalanka Chicken Tikka was delicious. We also loved the fusion dishes of Chicken Cordon Kiev and Swaralipi Fish. A special mention must be made of the Garlic Bread Basket as we don't usually get such soft and crunchy loaves. Do not miss dessert, the Cheesecake and the Double Chocolate Orange Souffle. The souffle may be shared among 2 people. Would like to visit again and try new dishes.

Absolutely loved my visit to Bonne Femme in Hindustan Park! The cafe's French-inspired decor and cosy garden seating create a perfect vibe. We started with the Mota Bhais Mediterranean Platter - a delightful mix of falafel, hummus, labneh, and pickled veggies with khakhra and pita. For mains, we tried the Chicken Baked Rasogolla - a surprising yet delicious fusion of Bengali sweets and savoury chicken - and the Stuffed Bell Peppers with cottage cheese and spinach rice. The Bonne Femme Roasted Duck was tender and perfectly paired with pea mash and a tangy cranberry chilli glaze. For dessert, the Dubai Chocolate Kunafa with Nolen Gur Ice Cream was heavenly - crunchy, warm, and rich. We also enjoyed drinks like the Nolen Gur Gondhoraj Mojito and the tangy Chatpata Imli mocktail, both refreshing and zingy. Service was a bit slow; I almost choked and asked for water, but the staff was busy, and the lady manager told me to wait. Still, the food and ambience made up for it. I'd give 4 stars - a must-visit for a unique foodie experience in Kolkata!

Premium lush vibes. Tried fish kachori n kucho chingri alu dum. Taste nothing fancy. Not much fish stuffing. Could taste better. Also had mutton bao. It was juicy and melty and delicious. Serves cappuccino with cookies. Seating is nice. Staff is courteous and helpful

The katsu curry blew my mind. Their chilly pork has an equal proportion of fat and meat. Mutton chop is something to try. Their take on each recipe is real good.

The ambiance was very aesthetic. It gives a very vintage cottage vibes. The food was just on point and the drinks were good. Overall a must try cafe for every age.

This is my second time here. I visited during last Pujo and the experience was great in terms of service and food. I also recommended this place to my friends and families in Bangalore that whenever you visit Kolkata you have to try this restaurant. So we went for dinner yesterday. They took a lot of time to put the glasses in the table and fill them with water. We ordered four items for starters - raw mango fish tikka, shukno lonka liver fry, chicken chapli kebab and chilly chicken dry. Three items reached our table exactly after 45 minutes and the liver fry took another 15minutes. I am not at all exaggerating the time. We were famished by then. We forgot to take any pics also. After finishing the starters no one came to clear the plates proactively. Their service is horrible. We ordered adana chelo kebab, gondhoraj chicken stroganoff, sworolipi fish and katsu chicken for main course. Waiting time was little less compared to the starters. Although the other items was ok in taste but the chelo kebab did not meet the expectation. The adana kebab did not have any flavour and was not juicy.

Visited with my Mum, she loved the place so did I. Service was extremely good, food presentation and serving was top notch, commendable creativity. Tastes well too. Very accessible location, quite the heart of the city. Great decor and interiors, beautiful ambience. Mum wants to visit over and over again. Very heartwarming experience. The behaviour of the staffs was really polite and welcoming. Tried the Pumpkin Pot Chicken Biryani and Chelo Kabab. Very nice. Amazing aesthetics!

I went there with a friend for lunch on the day of Christmas. We made a reservation beforehand so, the wait time was about 10 minutes. We initially ordered Mutton Boti Kebab, Kacha Lonka Chicken Tikka and two drinks (a mocktail and a coffee) and told them that we will order other items later and they agreed! But later when we tried to order more dishes they refused to take order as it was a busy day for them (Christmas, of course)! We had to remind the waiter that he initially agreed to take more orders later! He talked to another waiter/manager and eventually took our order. We ordered their famous Swaralipi fish! I would say their dishes are excellent and I would highly recommend this cafe for food (if you can ignore their not so good service)! The cafe is at a great location and its cute!
