Rooftop fine dining in South Kolkata. As you would expect from a Hyatt property. Good for a romantic evening. Outdoor seating is limited so call and book ahead in time. We liked the gelatos the best. The only disappointing thing was that I had mentioned it was our anniversary during the reservation and usually high end properties like this provide something special as a token like a small cake or dessert. However we got nothing beyond what we ordered or even a 'happy anniversary' from the staff. I don't think they are obligated but it would have been a nice touch nonetheless.

Had an amazing dining experience! Overall Experience Beautiful Christmas Decoration: The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and inviting atmosphere. Perfect dining experience: The open rooftop setting with dim lighting and stunning views made for a magical winter night dining experience. Excellent ambiance and service: The ambiance was lovely, and the F&B service was top-notch. The staff was also very courteous and attentive. Food :- Highly recommended dishes: Hiroo Aunty's Parsi Cutlet Turnip Cake Selvatico Sourdough Pizza Blueberry-flavored hookah: The blueberry-flavored hookah was also a hit. I visited there after liking the place from insta reel and I must say it's a very beautiful place located at Hyatt Centric hotel's 7th floor. They have indoor and outdoor seating with options for in-house brewery. As per my experience I felt that menu is a but limited. We tried sushi and liked it.

I celebrated Valentine's Day with my Wife at this exceptionally good place. The PR Executive of Hyatt Centric, Cal On, Ms. Debashrita had an excellent understanding and had really treated us exceptionally well. Her actions and hospitable nature made this Valentine's Day, 2025 a Truly Memorable Experience for my wife and myself. And also the best I've ever had.

Good location and great service. Sadly the waiter returned to the table multiple times to tell us certain items weren't available. Great ambiance though

The food is good. The staff courteous and helpful. It's a nice place but the music could be a little less loud. Slightly over priced I thought though.

Anas the mixologist made some great finks for us. Ishika has been one of the friendliest servers. whn youre around her ask for her to serve you. over all great ambience and vibe. lovely rooftop and great asthetics.

Overall, while Cal on excels in atmosphere and service, the menu could benefit from a bit more variety, particularly for vegetarians.
