Chili's Grill & Bar

It was probably mid-2014 when I visited Chili's for the first time. They had just opened their first outlet at Quest Mall near Park Circus. To be honest, it was one of the poorest dining experiences for our entire group. None of us could decide on the menu properly--we were completely clueless! Ever since then, I had strongly refused to visit Chili's again. However, after 11 long years, I don't know whether it's our taste buds that have evolved or they've made some major changes to their menu, but I visited twice this year, and I must admit--the experience turned 180deg! This time, we visited on a Tuesday late evening, and it wasn't too busy. We were welcomed at our table by "Kanai," our server. Here's what we ordered: 1. **Crispy Chicken with Texas Sauce** Comes in 6 large pieces, enough for 3 people with moderate appetites as a starter. **Price:** 595 2. **Grilled Chicken Burger with Bacon** The burger can be customized--egg can be added as well. It's served with French fries. **Price:** 595 3. **Red Pepper Chicken** A grilled chicken breast topped with cheese and red pepper cream sauce. There was a buy-1-get-1 (BOGO) offer, so we paired this with the burger. **Price:** 595 4. **Teacher's Highland Cream** This also had a BOGO offer, so we ordered 2 x 60ml. **Price:** 370 5. **Brownie Sundae** We didn't actually order this, but due to a mistake in serving the burger, we informed "Uttam," who not only replaced it immediately with a fresh burger (and added mashed potato this time), but also offered this dessert complimentary! **Price:** 370 We were so full by the end that we even packed the burger with the mashed potato. We were simply overwhelmed by the top-notch hospitality and service provided by Uttam and Kanai! **Minor Note:** The toilet had a foul smell, and the washbasin splashed water. I'm sure this will be addressed soon. Overall, it was an incredible dining experience with superb food and impeccable service. I will definitely revisit and strongly recommend it! --- This version keeps your thoughts intact while improving readability and polish. What do you think?

I recently visited Chili's at Acropolis Mall with a group of friends after pre-booking our table through Zomato. The experience was smooth from the start -- our table was ready upon arrival, and the staff was courteous and attentive throughout our meal. We ordered quite a variety of dishes to share, and each one brought something unique to the table: 1. Crispy Bites Chicken - Rs. 430 2. Southwest Chicken Pizza - Rs. 610 3. Chipotle Quesadillas - Rs. 590 4. Pasta Parmesan Cruste - Rs. 595 5. Chicken Fajita with egg - Rs. 610+80 6. Margherita Flatbread - Rs. 490 7. Boneless Wings 16 - Rs. 560 Overall, Chili's gave us a great dining experience. The food was flavorful, the portions were generous, and the ambience was lively -- perfect for a casual hangout with friends.

Ordered takeout..a herb steak and a grilled chicken steak with a side of spinach and cottage enchiladas. The food was good except the steaks could have done with some more sauce and were on the dry side. Overall, I was satisfied...a good experience for my first time. The staff especially the girl who took my order was extremely polite and helpful ....

The portion sizes are phenomenal for the pricing and top-notch ingredients. We got full from the starters itself, the classic chicken crispers were so unbelievably tender! And the honey mustard dip is always my favourite. Irrespective of stomachs being full, missing out on their dessert is such a crime whether it be the cheesecake or the brownie sundae. 10/10 friendly staff aswell :)

The thing that I like the most and want to point out is their hospitality and service! Chilli's is a famous name and expectations ate attached to that name. I can say this after visiting them several times that they fulfil those expectations -- be it the food, the ambiance, or the service.

I had a nice experience of dining at Chili's Grill & Bar. The taste of each item ordered is quite good. In non veg triple dipper you can choose any three options of fries and grills with add onn. The behaviour of the staff is excellent. Overall recommended.

It's the kind of atmosphere and loud music you might expect in a mall, not really my thing but ok for what it is. Service is good. There is no service charge on the bill and staff do pretty much ask directly for tips, which I don't particularly like. I do tip but I would prefer it either on the bill or for staff to be paid a good wage that doesn't rely on tips. All that said, my 'Old Timer' lamb burger was excellent. It's a premium price (950Rs) but was exceptionally tender, juicy and full of flavour. Fries were good and hot too. I was craving eating something like this, and got what I paid for, so no complaints at all about the food.

The food at this Chili's was good and met the usual standard, but I've had better experiences at other branches of Chili's in Delhi NCR. Specifically, the non-vegetarian Triple Dipper platter didn't quite match up to my previous visits--it lacked the flavor and quality I've come to expect from Chili's. We also tried the Evolution mocktail, an iced mocha, and the chicken pizza. The pizza stood out--it was delicious, fluffy, and fresh, easily the highlight of the meal. The service was decent overall, but I found the server a bit pushy. His "meal suggestions" felt more like "sales pitches," which detracted from the dining experience. Additionally, there was a noticeable emphasis on tipping, which felt out of place given that the service wasn't exceptional enough to warrant it. Has tipping become the bare minimum now? While the meal had its highlights, the overall experience left me feeling a bit underwhelmed compared to my usual visits to Chili's.
