We just hosted a close door 3-day residential conference at Cloud Tavern (a roof-top hall of Hotel Samilton) with around 11 executives. The Owner and the Manager, Mr. Mirza was as good as the front desk executive Ms. Farheen. She made our check-in, check-out and billing very smooth (9/10). The most pleasing was the hospitality, service and food that was taken care by the open roof top 'Cloud Tavern' in-charge, Mr. Neel and his team during these 3 days. He is very courteous, prompt and was always on his toes (10/10). Be it continental, chinese or Indian, the food was excellent and pocket friendly (9.5/10). He converted our official meet to a homely atmosphere. Even the complimentary breakfast buffet spread at Pepper Chino were very tasty. Only the area of house-keeping needs a bit improvement (8/10). A cozy rooftop lounge with a fantastic ambiance and minimal crowd. The food quality is decent, and it's a great budget-friendly spot for a relaxed outing.
One of the best food I have had during the puja. Even during the heavy rush they gave freshly cooked food. Very high quality and very tasty. The Biryani bowl photo shared is after it was served for 2 people. Music becomes very loud thus reduced couple of stars for the atmosphere.
Small place. But the food is really good. The available dishes are also very properly planned. The music is also nice. It would become a much more lively place if they add some good decorative lights .
A nice cozy rooftop lounge. Situated on top of hotel Samilton, Sarat Bose road. The food quality is great and a very courteous staff at disposal. Ambiance is fantastic. Not too much crowded. Visit this place for a soothing evening of food, drinks and hookah. Tip: ask for craft cocktails. Whiskey malai markey is their best seller.
This is really a hidden gem. Excellent food, great service. Very much pocket friendly, compared to other rooftop cafe/restaurants.
The food is great. The ambience is very nice. The service is even better. Would like to specially mention Neel who went above and beyond.
I personally name Neel is very friendly and amazing person .very feel good and awesome person I enjoyed a lot .
