We have asked for thin crust pizza which they served only in regular form but we wanted to buy a large one. So we had to buy two regular ones instead of one large pizza . Otherwise everything was good

The general cashier (female) has an insensitive attitude and takes extremely long to take orders keeping us in line for a quite some time. And then it takes EXTREMELY long for the orders, I'm talking 20 minutes + for just a garlic bread. Ridiculous. Please ensure this is not an issue in the future.

Domino's is giving a meal worth rs 99. This outlet literally making jokes of this. Everytime when i wanted to give a order they said "Please wait for 30 minutes." And after 30 minutes when i wanted to order again they said "We have many orders for today " When i can see no one is ordering from this outlet. I waited for 1 hour. And they all like "please wait 30 minutes or we are busy right now". Worse experience with Domino's ever. I'm not gonna come to this outlet again. And suggest you to don't came to this outlet

My review is mainly to applaud the honesty and integrity of one of the employees working at the Domino's outlet inside Acropolis Mall, Kolkata, Mr. KUSHAL NAYAK. I had left my HDFC international debit card at the outlet after placing my order as I was in a hurry. Mr. Kushal Nayak, an employee working at the Domino's outlet, kept my card safely and also located me in the crowded food court of the mall and after verifying my name, he handed my card over to me. Until then, I didn't even have any idea that I had left my card at the outlet. If he hadn't acted promptly, I would have been extremely tensed after going back home. Hats off to this young man's integrity! Hope someone from Domino's India reads this and conveys my heartfelt thanks and regards to Kushal Nayak at Domino's Acropolis Mall, Kolkata. The food and service of the outlet is excellent too!

This Domino's Pizza outlet is situated inside the luxurious Acropolis Mall. To reach here, you simply need to take the escalator to the Food Court section of the mall and head towards Cinepolis Multiplex, keeping towards the right. It's located exactly near the entrance of Cinepolis. Again, this is another Domino's restaurant, which is completely managed by women and that's highly admirable. The pizza was served within super quick time & it was fresh, cheesy, hot and hygienically packed too. They are taking all the necessary Covid-19 precautions for the safety of their customers. I would recommend pizza lovers to dine here, while visiting the Acropolis Mall.

From domino's Acropolis mall, we ordered 2 small pizzas and a garlic bread. They took 1hr 10 mins to serve it to us. It was dine in, they didn't have to deliver it at our home. In other places, domino's deliver food within 10-15 minutes. The behavior of the staff taking the order was also weird.

simply the best fully women operated very fast service! my order was ready within minutes. freshly baked good pizza great pizza. smelled delicious and very polite ladies. they helped me tremendously with my order. they also giv extra oregano and chili flakes if you ask them nicely.
