The Starters and desserts, in particular, were standouts. Their mocktails were equally refreshing and visually appealing. Located conveniently in the heart of Bidhannagar, Fly Kouzina is ideal for family outings and special celebrations. The combination of unique ambiance, quality service, and delicious food makes it one of the top vegetarian dining destinations in the area. Highly recommended!

Fly Kouzina is Kolkata's first aircraft-themed & a completely vegetarian multi-cuisine restaurant, located in Salt Lake's Sector 1 . One of the main attraction here is that we had our names printed on the boarding pass as a welcome note . The service is timely, and all of the food items are delicious . Overall, I had a positive time here. This restaurant is highly recommended for vegetarians. For the very first time I'm in a complete vegetarian restaurant and for my utter surprise it turns out to be an amazing experience. It is a aircraft themed restaurant and the ambience is classy with a minimalistic decor. Staffs are also very well mannered, polite and the service is real quick. Now coming to the food, we have- * Moroccan Cheese Cigar. Wontons rolled like a cigar filled with cheese. It comes with a tomato-coriander leaves salsa which cleanses your palate throughout. Overall a good starter. * Kashmiri Naan. A new bread for me. Sweet in taste, stuffed with cherries, cashewnuts. Comes in 3 big pieces. * Nargisi Malai Kofta. Cottage cheese koftas filled with mawa, dry fruits, dipped in a white creamy gravy. A super delectable Indian main course. It also comes in 3 pieces. * Chocolate Monte Carlo. A lipsmacking dessert, comes in layers of ice cream, cake, pralines. Lastly, I must say it can be a great catch if you are searching for a vegetarian restaurant. Definitely gonna visit them soon.

Fly kouzina has to be the best vegetarian airplane themed restaurant in the city serving awesome dishes specially their malai brocolli and cheese mushroom fritters and decent service as well

It's a great place to satisfy your on spot carvings I got this mix sauce pasta and it was just superb.

I ordered my favourite Aglio e Olio from Fly Kouzina. The packaging was top-notch, keeping everything fresh and intact. Every bite was a treat! If you're looking for a delicious vegetarian meal, I highly recommend Fly Kouzina.

Very bad behaviour by staff here. They had given burnt roti and also it was totally course and tough to eat The paneer vegetable was terribly spicy When i approached the staff namely Pranab S and Jyotish they acted very rough and said that this is how it is served. Take it or leave it. Please avoid this place as the food quality, service and behaviour is pathetic.

Amazing experience, mouth watering food, hospitable service and beautiful ambience. This was the 3rd time I was visiting this restaurant and everything was perfect as usual. Highly recommended for vegetarian and jain food. The dishes were served surprisingly quickly and each and every item was delicious. They have western as well as Indian food. Italian and Indian dishes are highly rated and are popular.
