Galouti

It's a small takeaway food joint near Ruby crossing, located just beside to the Balaram Mullick sweets shop. They serve quite a few items including kebabs, biryani , rolls etc. I tried the egg roll from here. It was good, the paratha was not oily at all and it tasted decent. The size was not sufficient though, it was relatively smaller than the rolls you usually get at any street food stall in Kolkata.

Galouti is a small kiosk located just beside Balaram Mallick, near GST Bavan,Kashba. They serves authentic Lucknowee delicacies at a very pocket friendly prices. Their each and every item has a lucknowee touch within it. I tried few dishes from their elaborate menu and fallen in love. Galouti kabab, shami kabab, chicken kathi biriani is highly recommended from my side. Galouti kabab may look very simple but it is very difficult to make as the proper balance of every spice is necessary for making this kabab and trust me they made it so perfect. It was very tender and flavourful. I tried chicken kathi biriani here for the first time and i loved it. It came with small pieces of chicken with a thick gravy, a boiled egg and a potato. The gravy enhanced the taste of biriani and make it different from regular chicken biriani. I tried chicken kathi kebab roll. It was upto the mark, not oily and had proper amount of chicken and spices within in. Quantity and quality of each item was upto the mark. Service was prompt. Prices are resonable. Overall this place is highly recommended from my side.

Galouti deals in some aromatic dishes that will surely win your hearts. The soft and Juicy Kebabs are yummy. The thickness of the rolls with filled chicken and mutton tell the story. Glad to see Burhani Biryani available here with a big pack of 1000ml. They also got Delicious Combos which are priced reasonable as well.

My wife bought two plates of chicken biryani this evening. While eating at home we found the rice smelly and chicken stale. We had to discard the food. So everybody should be careful of you visit this outlet.

Recently i visited the newest place that is getting the spotlight for serving Awadhi cuisine in the city called Galouti. It is located at 290, Rajdanga Main Rd, Sector C, East Kolkata Twp, Kolkata, 700107, besides Balaram Mullick Sweets and close to the Gst Bhawan. This is a quick food eating place where the menu has been curated to put forward some of the tastiest Awadhi food in town. Be it Rolls, Kebabs or Biryani, all of it will have a special factor taste in it. They are already delivering food through online delivery platforms and have customers hopping outside the spot as well to have food on the go. One fine day i came over and had a nice time with their food. Starting with Galouti Kebab to Chicken Shammi Kebab i liked the tender meat kebabs marinated with super tasty flavours, and both of them went well with Laccha Paratha. The Mutton Galouti Kebabs was the star dish for sure, my vote goes for it. I tried the Chicken Biryani too and ended with Chicken Cheese Roll. The Biryani was having a nice spicy flavour and the piece of Chicken was quite big enough but the Aloo was the main part of this Biryani. It had an awesome taste and was very soft. The Roll was pretty fine on the other hand but i am looking forward to have their Galouti Rolls someday soon.

Galouti located in Kasba, close to Acropolis Mall serves delicious Awadhi Food. They specialise in Kebabs, Kathi Rolls and also Biryani. I tried their Chicken Kathi Biryani. The chicken kathi biryani consists of chunks of chicken coated in rich gravy, along with the usual biryani rice, egg & of course potato. The kathi biryani is not your usual kolkata biryani, the gravy in the biryani makes the rice moist and more flavourful. I always like my biryani with some kind of gravy side and it perfectly fulfills my cravings! Also, they serve brilliant shammi/galauti kebabs Lucknowi Style. Their kathi rolls are also worth a try. Galouti is affordable and a crowd puller.

Few days back I visited this place, The place is located at Kasba beside Ballaram Mallik Sweets The place serves good varieties of Kebabs , Rolls and Biryani, in one word a perfect place for your hangout. Some of the dishes that we liked the most and would recommend are as follows: Mutton galouti kebab: Galouti Kebab is simply made with minced meat, but having the perfect blend of spice's is very challenging, and they have mastered the art of making by far one of the best Galouti Kebab's in Kolkata (A must try here) 1)Nawabi chicken 2)Chicken shammi kebab 3)Egg chicken Kathi rolls 4)Chicken Kathi biryani (A very unique biryani , rather than the normal Kolkata style Biryani) You should definitely give this place a try. I have personally loved this place

Located near GST Bhawan, Galouti is a kiosk which serves delicious kebabs, biryani and more. Now let's talk about the food. Galouti Kebab: I really loved the flavours of Galouti kebab. The taste was perfect. It was complementing well with laccha paratha. Shammi Kebab: As it's made of chicken, I found this kebab to be bit dry, otherwise it was fine. Had this with the laccha Paratha. Chicken Biryani with Burhani ( Ghol) Quantity wise the biryani was fine. Speaking about the flavour, it's not like Kolkata biryani so you will definitely having a variant type of Biryani for sure. Though I found everything right with the biryani to be fine, the chicken needed to be marinated more. The aloo in the biryani was fabulous. The Ghol served with biryani is really impressive. Chicken Cheese Roll: I had this roll for before also and this was my second time. And the taste has improved tremendously. I really liked the taste a lot. I visited this outlet twice. The second experience was actually much better. Will be visiting again to try the other dishes in the menu.
