Excellent place with the new colourful makeover... Alcohol available. The quantity of food per place is high. Typically 8 pcs in a dish of fish. Waiting time after order is reasonable. All folks seem to be here for celebrating something, or a get together (sometimes loud), or quiet discussions over drinks. Parking is a bit dicey with no crossovers in the road for vehicles. Sometimes it's better to park on the opposite side and walk over.

After lounges and clubs it's time to visit our own desi bar in Saltlake area...Golden City Bar cum restaurant is one of the oldest bar and Chinese restaurant...Had visited this place after a decade....Was celebrating a friend's birthday and saw it has renovated a lot... Coming to the food section...Had ordered chilly chicken dry and chicken drumsticks in starter...Both were above average and with good quantity...In main course we had mixed fried rice, garlic chicken and chilli fish....All the food were amazing but I think garlic chicken could have been better...It's a two floor bar cum restaurant and there are always offers going on with drinks...Rates are moderate...Parking is available and is free... Service is average...No smoking inside... UPI payment, Credit/ debit card and cash...all are accepted..Overall a good experience and reviving memories...

Terrible sound of drilling going on entire day. The restaurant has to be very careful that customers visit for the ambience. Such sound destroys peace and the enjoyment of a food. The restaurant authority seems to be very careless and negligent about the constant complaint from customers. Drilling sound almost the entire day from the beginning of work time till the end.
