Gopala's

Visited Gopalas restaurant twice. They have 2 branches 5 mins away from each other in Hazra Road, visited both of them infact. Tried their veg thali for INR 375 which was honestly very good in terms of quantity. Strictly no onion and garlic in their meals making the dining experience a pure sattvic one. We had also ordered extra tandoori roti and naan and both were good. Place was a bit pricey, but totally worth visiting once in a while for a family dinner. Did not find the food to be very spicy or oily too, everything was just perfect. Staff was really good at their job and service is also a 10/10. It's pretty difficult finding a parking around the place, so better come in a cab or auto. Never got a chance to try other dishes in specific, but will surely come back to this place during the next Kolkata trip.

Saatvik food(without garlic and onion). Dine in on 1st floor and they have multiple cuisines. Portion sizes are really filling and sufficient for 2pm. Order accordingly. ..and they have a rest room as well !

I just want to Mention to Check Your BILL Properly Before Doing PAYMENTS. This is the only negative point about them. But I highly recommend to visit this place for PURE VEG lovers as well as others also. I am visiting this place for the 2nd time with my family just because we had had their finger licking dishes last year on dussehra late night at their closing time. And that taste was soo delicious that kept in our memories. That's why we again came here this time in the afternoon to taste their authentic pure veg dishes. MUST VISIT RESTAURANT.

I am a pure vegetarian, and I took my whole family out for dinner there. We loved the food and the vibe. My entire family still talks about the taste and the experience. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for pure vegetarian food. It's a must-try, and we would love to visit again.

On 21 April, I went here with my friend, after visiting kalighat temple. We decided to take veg lunch after fasting and worshipping ma kali at the newly renovated kalighat temple. So we searched at gmap and chose gopala's. And after coming here we didn't feel regret. The ambience, food quality and quantity, their behavior was so overwhelming, although we are the first customer at noon. We spent a lot of time there with gossip, tasty food, net scrolling, news everything. It's just so much appropriate for that time. I want to invite you all, please visit here and experience extraordinary things ....i loved it's environment first time i came here so I was feeling glad to visit. Lovable high quality food , however north indian food is its signature. Dry Fruit is the best among desserts in the menu. The food is reasonable and the satvik option ( no onion and no garlic ) in the city is rare. People of all cultures enjoy dining in this place. It must be visited atleast once in a fortnight.
