Hatari is one of the oldest Multi Cuisine Restaurants in Kolkata established in 1966. Hatari has evolved from a famous "Adda" zone of the 60's and 70's to a niche casual dining restaurant, serving Oriental, Indian & Tandoori Cuisine. Presently having 4 restaurants and 3 dedicated Takeaway/Delivery counters, Hatari hopes to serve its niche clientele in future with equal satisfaction as it has been doing for more than 5 decades.

Located in a quieter part of Salt Lake, this outlet does not disappoint at all! Dropped in for dinner with family and was impressed with both the quality and quantity of the food that we ordered. Would love to be back to taste some other items from their extensive menu
Hatari is opening in multiple location in Kolkata which is good thing. Now one can visit a nearby outlet and relish same taste instead of travelling far off to Gariahat. We visited this outlet, it's comparatively very small restaurant but ambience is ok. Menu option is same as main Hatari and taste and quality has no difference. We had veg ball Manchurian, fried rice, Singapore noodles, chilli chicken and prawn. Everything was amazing. Had good Chinese after long time after coming to Kolkata.
Very tasty food if you consider only chinese food here. North indian food items are also available but not of the best taste. Ambience is good and cozy but the place is small you might feel a bit claustrophobic at times if the restaurant is full.. Parking is roadside parking.
One of the best Indo-Chinese restaurant.. Food is no doubt tasty.. But most of the foods are lil bit spicy and rich in flavour .. After completing the starters you'll feel full and have to pack the remaining foods.. BTW there is also an option to order half portion. Recommend - Durms of heaven, Kung pao chicken
Tried Mongolian Chicken and Chilli Garlic Noodles alongside two beverages. Loved it. Each Dish can easily serve 2-3 people.
This definitely qualifies as one of the best Chinese restaurants in Salt Lake,probably just a step behind HAKA and CHOWMAN. The food is top class and you should notice the simplicity that is maintained.Even the packaging was great too. We tasted the Chicken Hakka noodles and Chicken Sweet and Sour.Food was top notch and had a delicious taste Definitely coming back for more..
Overall taste of the food is really good and the service is too good.
This Hatari is located in Salt Lake. We had gone there for dinner. Wr ordered meifoon, chicken chaap, naan and some shakes and drinks. The food was okay but many items in the menu were not available. The service and the atmosphere was quite good. Portions were shareable by two.
