I recently ordered from Kasuri Restaurant via Swiggy and tried two items. The Combo Rice with Chicken Duck Bungalow was average in taste, nothing exceptional. However, the Chicken Thali was a major disappointment. It included rice, two pieces of chicken, dal, papad, chutney, salad, and one sabji, but the overall quality was below expectations. The flavors were bland, and the meal lacked freshness. Given the experience, I wouldn't recommend the thali, and the combo rice was just okay. Not a place I would reorder from anytime soon.
Although the ambience was commendable, the food was average and overpriced. The behavior of every staff member was good, and we tried some of the signature items, which were also pretty average. Food: 7.5/10 Service: 8.5/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Overall: 8/10 I really liked the ambience at this restaurant. It perfectly matched the name and gave off a great vibe. The posters on the wall added a pure Bengali touch. However, I had a bit of an uncomfortable experience when a staff member insisted that I leave a 5-star review on Google Maps. While I understand the importance of feedback, it would be better if customers were allowed to share their honest opinions without feeling pressured

I Ordered Through Zomato... Mutton Is Very Hard And Smelly ....Basanti Polao is too much sweet...not good as compared to price and popularity...I Ordered in 1st Baisak it's may be due to rush....but share true opinion...
