Ambience is good but the food quality and service is not up to the mark. Previously it was among the best restaurants in Barasat but now it is not recommended as there are many new restaurant options available. Food quality deteriorated massively.

Food is disgusting and degraded. The services of the stuffs are worst of the worst. The behavior of the stuffs and cashiers were like hooligans. They charged us extra out of the bill. The stuffs asked for tips and when the tip were not upto the mark they were bitching. The ambience was like garbage and food quality was like scratch. The restaurant is like king of garbage foods. I would suggest everyone to avoid such scrap places.

This resturant seems like a nightmare to foodies. I started loose motion after having food from this place. The food quality like any street vendor. The service and behaviour of the stuffs are like arrogant freaks. they didn't respond out of ego. The bills didn't match with the food that we ordered. I highly recommend everyone to avoid such degraded places. These resturants are like a slang to food restaurants. Lord's resturant is the lord of worst food and services.

World's no. 1 third class restaurant. Food is totally rotten and behaviour of the stuffs are like ................ If anyone have food in this restaurant than it would be the worst choice of their life. I would rate them in negative if possible. The cashier is very much arrogant. Our bill was mismatched with the orders and their behaviours were tremendously worst. The resturant successfully failed in customer service and food quality. The food quality is like dustbin. I will sue them in food safety and consumer forum.

Visited many times before. Good staff behaviour. Price little bit high but Chinese items is very delicious. Earlier tried biryani many times, but it's going worse day by day in terms of quantity and quality. This is "Special Mixed Gravy chowmin", price 230/-. Very good in taste and very healthy because it's contains lot of things like chicken, prawn, mashroom, baby corn, vegetables etc. 23/06/2024- Tried mixed Hakka Noodles and chicken lollipop. Food is good but slow service.

Food quality very pathetic...not at all recommended this restaurant.

We ordered fish fry for a small party yesterday. They said there will be no compromise with the food and we mentioned that it should be fresh. But to our surprise the fish was SMELLY, STALE and old(Baasi) . We didn't expect this from such big restaurant. So please think before you order from here.
