Not much variety in food. Taste is decent. Ambience is great. Service and behaviour of staffs are top notch.

Nice place for a variety of drink and dine in options. They have nice Collection. The food was tasty and healthy too. Children can also enjoy the food as well as young and senior people.

We went for the Sunday brunch and I am very disappointed as the Sunday buffet had limited menu. One soup veg hot and sour tasted so so, green salad and pasta salad, pasta salad was so so, papri chat was good and Bundi raita was sour, no papad or fryms, then there was peas rice where hardly peas could be seen, then potato sabzi tasted ok ok,one mix veg with cauliflower which tasted good, naan and other options of bread like laccha paratha, garlic naan and plain kulcha served on table, kaali daal was good. Then two non veg items which I don't remember the name, then Singapore noodles which was good with paneer in Manchurian sauce which has a smell of nonveg as if the paneer was fried in the oil which was used for frying some nonveg. For deserts gulaab jamun and pastries. The service also was not up to the mark. We didn't expect this kind of services from HHI, THE BRAND DOESNT MATCH WITH THE STANDARD. NOT RECOMMENDED.

It is a 5 star hotel but just to say. The staff is good but the Duty manager is not disciplined. Some rooms are not well ventilated and their window is also blocked by wall. Once U check in they start ignoring you.

The coffee shop is only open for buffet breakfast, where they only serve a handful of items. Not worthy of being a 5 star, someone should report it to HRACC. It was utterly pathetic at this buffet breakfast place. The images that I've shared here are from the in-room dining where the food was decent, which is the only savior for this hotel and nothing else. It was a very bad experience, given we had to pay part of the list price of the hotel that was around 14-16k inr for 2 nights including taxes. The one star that I am giving is only for the food that was provided for dinner in the room.

The menu in the buffet is horrible, non-vegetarian option is very limited as if being a non-vegetarian is a sin, food taste also doesn't meet expectations, and to be honest no one cares over there, day by day it is becoming more & more shabby. Will not recommend at all.

SUBHANKAR CHOWDHURY

Visited the place on Nabami night, 2020. Though the rush was not so heavy, the food was just moderate and some were even below expectations. The service was also not much satisfying. The ambience was nice though.

Visited this place during Durga puja. There was a special puja buffet menu was going on. There was a lot of items half of which pictures were not given. There was a welcome drink.then there was soups and a wide range of starters which included veg and non veg items. There a huge salad spread along with chats. The veg section included a lot of items from echor to potol to dhoka and what not. I was interested in the non veg section mainly. There were papda, ilish, chingri(prawn),kankra(crab),katla, chicken and kolkata style biriyani (both mutton and chicken). For the desserts there was Jorda pulao, malopoa with rabri, baked mihidana, gulab jamun, payesh. Oh I missed the steam basmati rice & kachuris & luchis with narkel diye cholar dal. I loved the ambience as there was live music happening. I also loved the food. The staffs were very well behaved.
