A very small shop with affordable, tasty, vegetarian food. They have chole bature, aloo paratha, many other indian quick snacks, sandwiches, sweets etc. Chole bature was really well made. The tea is awesome. The most likeable part is the attitude of the lady running the business. Simply wonderful behaviour and service. Recommended for breakfast and tea especially.
Most recommend place with minimum price for breakfast in Kolkata. They prepare the food infront of the customer and serve it hot.

One of the best place in tagore park, vip bazaar area, to have breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Very tasty and safe food. Would recommend all travellers to dine there. Superb restaurant.
It's a nice take out food joint in Tagore park close to my house. I have only tried alu parathas and chola bhatura, both of which are satisfactory and very affordable. The gulab jamuns and samosas are good too..
Very good food...nice bland of bengali food with Noth Indian twist... owner is very humble and helpful
The quality is super low now. Waiting time could be anywhere from 10 minutes to 40 minutes. Owner is polite, he will smile and keep telling you to wait and you might end up waiting for more than 30 minutes. I have visited them for parathas, sandwiches. Preparing is 3rd class, he is preparing from his bare dirty hands.... They are frying just outside the shop and you can see traffic moving, dust particles setting on the fried items.
Food quality is very bad, and quantity is very low but price high. This hotel only recommended by breakfast and tea
