* THE WORST BIRIYANI I EVER EVER HAD IN MY LIFE * taste like boiled rice and the gave us * CHICKEN CHAP'S Leg piece * with rice so it tastes disgusting and we paid 210 for that cheap food, one of my friend can't even finished the whole rice. The the chicken tikka, OMG never ever ordered that. The ambience is so poor. Worst experience ever

This is a first floor restaurant near Belgharia railway station. The ambiance is ok, quite clean and tidy with interesting lampshades. They have a separate AC section which I visited. The staff are polite and waiters know their job well. This is a branch of the Penguin Dhaba at Sodepur. Food was ok, but they served me different items without saying anything. I asked for mushroom soup, they served manchurian soup with mushrooms which was super spicy, so much so that I needed 3 paper napkins to wipe my running nose! Paneer butter masala tasted good, but paneer was overcooked and the pieces suggested that they used paneer meant for Paneer Tikka. I have no complaint against them, but because they served different soup I rated them 3 stars.

Worst service staffs are extremely ignorant and slow... Food quality is ok ok... Even after waiting for hours they said they can't provide food... Disgusting

It's my fault that , without seeing the existing reviews, I came to this restaurant for dinner with my family. Food quality is just pathetic. They used old and preserved chicken for presentation of food. Very unhygienic ambiance inside. Don't judge this restaurant by seeing the hording and colourful advertisement outside. And there are many more reasons to say no to this restaurant. So a big no to PFC.

I am visiting this restaurant for the last 15 years. Although, it got rebranded couple of times. During my last visit (Nabami 2023) I was really impressed with their food quality. They ameliorated it pretty well. The staffs are very friendly. In addition, they also have adequate space for dining. It's really nice. The new interiors makes the restaurant more glamorous.
