Nice, delicious Rajasthani food but costly and there is less space for sitting....

I had ordered lunch worth 700 from PadharoSa restaurant via Swiggy, hoping for a fulfilling and quality meal. I even provided specific instructions over the phone to ensure that the order matched my expectations. However, when the food arrived, I was highly disappointed. The quantity was significantly less, and much of the food had spilled. I reached out to Swiggy for help, but no resolution was provided. There was no assistance from their end, leaving me with no support. One of the dishes I ordered was Masala Bhindi, which was shown as dry in the app's image. Despite giving clear instructions on the phone, the dish arrived with a gravy base, which was not good at all. When I called the restaurant to inform them, I was met with no solution, despite our prior conversation where I had clearly requested dry Masala Bhindi. Additionally, I ordered Dal Halwa, but what I received was not just Dal Halwa--it was a mix of dal, suji, and atta. The quality and taste of the food were far from satisfactory. Overall, this experience was terrible. My 700 went to waste as the food was not worth it in any way. Both Swiggy and PadharoSa failed to resolve my issues, and I would not recommend this restaurant or the service I received from Swiggy.

Ordered Kaju masala online from this place, absolutely fantastic with the right mix of flavours and spices.. looking forward to visiting and trying more items
