A very impressive decor and cordial ambience . For people who like to capture the moments it's the perfect place. And talking about food , very much affordable with great quantity and the taste is mouth watering . The stuff behaviour is also very good and quick. Must try the masala kulcha and reshmi tikka butter masala here.

Good and nice I have taken the best soup as suggested by the service team. Unfortunately l have never taken such bad taste and undergraded kind of foods before. I have taken other vetki fish fingers and mutton biriyani parcel packed for home. As being vegetarian I have not tasted those. Even I was so disappointed of their soups , haven't felt interested to ask others about the taste of other foods. Whatever, services were nice. Atmosphere was nice. As a whole good and nice

Visited the restaurant today. Ambiance: The interior is pleasing and well-maintained, and the washrooms are hygienic. Service: However, the service was a bit slow. Now, onto the food: 1. Chicken 65 (Dry): The taste was delightful, but unfortunately, they added extra sauce which overwhelmed the dish. 2. Italian Garlic Butter Fish: Similarly, the taste was enjoyable, but there was an excess of salt in this dish. 3. Singapore Chicken Fried Rice: This was the standout dish, perfectly executed and thoroughly enjoyable. 4. Chilli Prawn Gravy: While the prawn size was generous, the dish suffered from an excess of sauce. Overall, the food offered good value for money, but there's room for improvement. Given the higher prices, maintaining quality is crucial. It's disappointing that despite numerous reviews highlighting the need for improvement in taste, the restaurant has not taken action.

The place is quite nice along with the environment which is serene. Though the music they play is not that good. The food is good - worth the money to be precise.

Very disappointing experience. The service, which was already below average before, has gotten even worse over time. There are many other restaurants that offer much better service and food quality within the same price range. Personally, I found today's dinner extremely unsatisfactory. I genuinely regret choosing this place and will make sure to avoid it in the future. There are far better options out there--this one is definitely not worth it.

I was very hungry, so I went to Naihati Royal Restaurant, dinner was really good, the food was amazing, you will like it too, Budget Friendly.

As per food quality is much costly. Roti was good enough. But as we had ordered dry Crispy baby corn still we got the gravy one. And extremely sour with excess souce.Actually you can't find difference in the gravy one or dry one. Chilli Paneer was good. Ambience is good. I would rate 4 stars for food, 5 stars for ambience and service.
