I had a disappointing experience at Trishakti. I ordered Muglai over the phone and I arrived 20-25 minutes later, expecting it to be ready. Despite the place being almost empty, they claimed to have no record of my order. After some confusion and clashing among the staff, they finally instructed to prepare it. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes (a total of 40 minutes) only to receive poorly cooked food. The potatoes were undercooked and absolutely disgusting. Trishakti used to be a decent restaurant, but I don't know what's happening now. The service and food quality have gone downhill,
