Service is very very slow. Though the restaurant was fully vacant. Then also they took almost 40 minutes to deliver my simple combo meal. insects will not allow to have food peacefully. Check the video I have posted. Many other team from wow chaina was also present and watching. No one bothered

Tried chicken cheese fried momo which was not good at all . Cheese was very less and was not fried properly . Chicken inside was still cold as it's a frozen momo which is fried. Green apple mojito was a joke to me . No flavour no taste of mojito . Place is not that hygienic. Washroom was not clean . Fried chicken combo the quantity was good . But, the quality was not good . Chicken strips were Soggy , not preferable to eat . Chicken wings , leg and breast were okay types . But , I doubt over the quality of chicken as the quantity served was more as per the charges . Fried rice and chilly chicken was good in taste . Would say better than momo .

Fly infested. Loud noise. Staff shouting on top of their voices. Poor service. Smelly. This place has all the red flags possible. Worst wow outlet seen. Road side outlets are cleaner. And they charge you 5 rupees for eco packing even if u are eating inside the premises. Such tomfoolery.

This is 24 hours open wow eat servers average quality food.. Some food are good some are average and some are bad.. Place is clean but smelly.. Service is nice and friendly.. but they didn't maintain hygiene while preparing the food.. Hygiene is very important which they're not maintaining at all..

Luckily there was no option of giving negative rating. Google is too kind for you'll. We ordered chicken wings rather would have eaten raw wings. They took 30 minutes for a burger and chicken wings and fried chicken for which i am still waiting. The burger was stale and cold and they would not accept the running offer. I am waiting for the chicken since the last 45 minutes

Had ordered for lunch through Swiggy on January 4, 2025, Saturday. My order comprised of non-vegetarian fried rice, non-vegetarian hakka noodles, and chicken Manchurian (multiple portions). I have two grievances with regard to the order. 1. Extremely poor value for money. Those were tiny dishes, miniscule portions in fact, compared to the 1987 rupees spent on the full order (Swiggy charges included). Is this how you correlate pricing with quantity?! By what economics? Please explain. With what kind of market logic? Please clarify. It was annoying. Chains more reputed than yours charge at least fifty percent less for exactly the same order. 2. The dishes were unpalatable. Not satisfactory in taste at all. Disappointing. I felt very upset serving that food to my friends. Have been a fan of Wow Momo for decades. Certainly didn't expect this. I order 2 pics grilled chicken and 1 pic fried chicken and 1 grilled burger before prepared the product I told to the store manager we are not eating chicken wings pic so please you are not giving this pics but aftet open paked i see Product quality was very bad and all pics are wings it's a really diseaponded for a wow.

All 5 !!! Deserves all of them..the food needs no introduction..but this ambience.. was perfect for a small getaway!!! This will be a great place for small events, birthday parties..I would definitely visit this place again!
