Zaffrani Restaurant

Yesterday, 8 members of my family went for a dinner at Zaffrani, Fortune City. I took my parents and in laws along with other members of my family. It was a Sunday evening and the crowd was really high. Despite of high rush and extreme busy hours, the arrangement that was offered was really appreciable. Next comes the quality of food. It was excellent in taste. We had tried multiple items and each one tasted really good. The senior members as well enjoyed all the food items. All the staffs are very cordial, polite and caring. I must provide a special thanks to Mr. Tapas Bandopadhyay, the Manager for his cordial behavior for my entire team. I recommend all to enjoy the Lunch and dinner with fullest enjoyment. Thanks Team Zaffrani, Fortune City !!!

The food quality is excellent. Staffs are very good in service & behaviour. But the manager Mr Tapas Banerjee is very arrogant & rude. He misbehaved with customer and unwilling to apologise proper manner. He judge people by their appearance. Being a level 8 reviewer I didn't expect from an outlet like Zaffrani. Please take a note on that.

The food is totally average and on top of that the service is very slow as we have ordered a Egg chicken Roll...the Roll took around 40 mins to arrive and on top of that the Roll was not even properly wrapped...

Tasty food, well served reasonable rate.... Polite and friendly staff.

This place is really close to my home. I've tried out most of their food and I go here quite frequently. They have great food for very reasonable price. The staff is very well behaved. Their delivery service is great. Overall, i definitely recommend going here.

Very bad restaurant as far as behaviour, quality and availability of food is concerned...The guys standing in the roll counter are very rude specially that healthy fat muslim guy...Very less fish and veg items available in the menu here...Those who don't eat meat can't have anything here..Their behaviour become rude when ask to cook an item which is out of the menu...Only decoration of this place is good.That's it. The Drunken Palate (TDP) and Mayur restaurant were far better than this restaurant..I really miss them
