Bihari Bhaiya Hotel cum Restaurant Malda bihaarii bhaaiy'aa hottel kaam restturentt

We visited the restaurant three times before, while one of them was during the Durgapuja Festival. We were treated very well and in the three visits, we could find an empty table for us around lunchtime. The service was very pleasing. We tried Chicken biryani which I felt was a bit bland during the Durgapuja visit but as I tried it again in March, I loved it. It was a lot richer in taste and wasn't very oily and had a good blend of spices, with the chickens cooked just right. I am yet to try out their signature dishes, an experience I shall update here with time.

No argument about the food quality and quantity. Staff behavior friendly and polite. They are well informed about servings and portion calculation and recommendations. Arrangements are good calm atmosphere and warm welcome. Highly recommend. We'll be revisiting.

Very disappointed and they charges extra price and double online payment of my food, very very bad service and staffs are very bad

The food was not at all upto the mark and as well expensive. The price does not justify the taste and the portion/quantity of the food. I ordered - 1. Dragon Chicken - 2/5 (Too spicy. No proper taste. Chicken was not so soft. 8-9 shredded pieces of chicken for 259). 2. Garlic Naan - 3/5 (Good taste overall. But some of the bread pieces were sour. Cost = 60). 3. Bihari Bhaiya Special Chicken Maharaja - 1/5 (This is the worst dish of all. Too much spices added, but no taste at all in the dish. Bland taste. Too oily. Overpriced. Only 4 pieces of chicken at 359 [with Bone]. I won't recommend this at all). 4. Blue Lagoon Mocktail - 2/5 (This was also not upto the mark. There was no proper taste in the beginning. Then I asked to add some more flavour. After that it became okayish. But 150 for such a dish is not worthy). All the other items in the menu were also overpriced. All the Chicken main course items were of 4 pieces only and priced over 300. Also, at last a waiter asked to provide review, and while I was opening the review page, the waiter himself tried to give 5 star ratings from my phone. This is so unprofessional. You cannot touch someone's phone without permission. Also, the waiter tried to give ratings without the customer's consent, that too false ratings. So, I would suggest that don't trust the other ratings here. Most of the 4 or 5 star ratings here looks to be fake ratings only. At last, I would not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant further. There are many other good restaurants in the town. Do visit those restaurants, but not Bihari Bhaiya.
