Dont go just by watching youtube blog for buffet. It is very costly. Restrustrant servers veriety of option in starter ,to main course ,live counter and Desert. However for every food i was feeling something is missing, either salt or some masala. I belive all the food was prepared earlier so i didnt thought to ask to modify according to my taste. ( Panner Dopyaza, chicken kasa, chicken Haryali etc) Live Grill was disappointing. I lost my appetite after that. So restraunt atmosphere is good to have your food. Staff is Friendly. I will only suggest this place for buffet if some one like very plain food and veriety of food.

Went for Christmas dinner over here and the ambiance was really happening with delicious food with great taste. The dessert section was huge with lots of Bengali sweets and Christmas special cakes, generally the cakes tasted really good, they also had huge variety in the starters and main course, they also had a vast vegetarian section along with live counters. The noodles, desserts, chicken items and starters are a must try.

Recently visited the Westin's "Seasonal Tastes" restaurant for dinner with my office colleagues. The ambiance, service and availability of a variety of foods impressed us more as compared to other similar-grade restaurants. Always recommend. I hope my experience will be more pleasant in the near future too.

While having dessert at this restaurant, my wife discovered an insect inside the sweet (sandesh) she was served. The following morning, both of us experienced episodes of vomiting and diarrhea quite a severe one. Considering this occurred at a five-star hotel, such a lapse in hygiene and food safety standards is completely unacceptable. I don't know what kind hygiene they maintain by the name of 5 star hotels . Really a bad experience.

I had booked a reservation for two people during lunchtime. On entering, they greeted us with a warm welcome and made us seated well. Make sure you note down your table number so that the dishes are served right in your table. The buffet spread was good and it covered food from almost all regions. Quantity wise it was great but what surprised me is the quality and the taste. Be it spring roll, Afghani chicken, mutton kosha, chicken roast or anything, everything was mind boggling and I kept craving more after tasting. Live grill section was great, there was option for chicken/pork and salmon. I liked the chicken grill and the counter was busy. However they noted down the order and served it on our table once it was prepared. Also tried out the chaat counter and the phuchka, it was great and chatpata as well. The mutton kosha was finger licking and went well with the biriyani. Dal tadka paired with the steam rice tasted like heaven; however I would have liked if there was roti available. The dessert section was filled with a variety of flavours. I tried out the chocolate ball, dark chocolate cake with sugar free ingredients and other chocolate, mango, strawberry cakes, I still can't get over the extraordinary taste. My stomach was full at the end yet I was craving for more and more food. Not to mention the mango soda mocktail, it was really tasty and refreshing and also helped in the digestion process. There is a live music performance but the sound levels are maintained such that if two people talk, there wont be any interruption. We were also shown a card magic trick by a magician, really loved it. I got the deal for flat 50% off on Swiggy, plus 10% cashback with Swiggy HDFC bank credit card, so I had to pay 3000 in total for 2 people, which is a lot value for money. Otherwise, the bill was 6000, which is on the higher side. I definitely recommend to experience the food, ambience and hospitality of The Seasonal Tastes, but it will be best if you get a minimum 30% flat discount on the respective platforms.
