Fantastic Vegetarian Dining Experience at Gunpowder Had an amazing dining experience at Gunpowder! We tried the Dosa and Rawa Dosa, both served with four different types of chutneys, each bursting with unique flavors. The dosas were perfectly crisp and well-prepared. To end the meal on a sweet note, we had the Vanilla Pastry, which was just right--light, flavorful, and with the perfect amount of sweetness. The ambiance was great, making it an ideal spot to dine with family and friends. They offer a wonderful variety of vegetarian options, making it a must-visit for anyone who enjoys flavorful and authentic cuisine. Highly recommend!

Gunpowder is absolutely stunning! We ordered loaded nachos, smoked paneer grilled sandwich, and garlic cheese dosa. I was pleasantly surprised to find the bombay cheese sauce in loaded nachos. You don't typically find it anywhere outside of the bombay grown food chains. Even the tortilla chips are made in-house and taste amazing! The paneer sandwich was bursting with flavours and tasted amazing! Same goes for the garlic cheese dosa - the flavours were very punchy! The owner has put a great deal of effort in crafting bespoke recipes! A must visit if you happen to be in Siliguri.

We were craving for South Indian food and we seemed to have found a favourite! Out of all the South Indian food we have tasted so far in Siliguri, i think Gunpowder cafe ticks all the boxes! We ordered millet dosa, plain and masala dosa and rava dosa which were super thin, crunchy, crispy with the right amount of seasoning. We were really impressed with the amount of chutneys they offer and since my 5 yr old is a picky eater she kept asking for seconds and finished the pineapple chutney which instantly became a hit! I am a big sambar fan and tbh none of the joints imo put an effort to make a decent sambar but here I finished two bowls, it wasn't too sweet nor spicy. And every dosa was made in amul butter and the amount was very generous and the price was pretty reasonable too! We ordered a veggie burger and that was pretty decent also which was served with pakoras and fries. Next. we would really want to taste their famous fondue which is overdue! Will definitely visit again! Thank you so much for such yummy food !

We ordered Mysore Masala Dosa, Veg Uttapam & Blue Lagoon Mojito. Food was ok. Nothing exceptional, except for 5 types of chutneys. Mojito was not satisfactory.
