HAKKA FUSION

We wanted to have authentic Chinese food and in Siliguri this is one of the best places to have it. We found the ambience quiet and comfortable, where one can enjoy their meal. And also the service was good. And about the taste of the food it was outstanding. It satisfied our cravings perfectly. We had Mei foon noodles, hakka chilli chicken and fried wontons. Everything was delicious. We tried mei foon first time and we liked it very much. The quantity was enough according to the price. We loved the place

We had gone for lunch and had ordered Sweet Lime soda and Passion Fruit mojito, Drums of Heaven, Hakka Chilli Chicken and Mushroom Fried Rice (chicken). Some of the starters weren't available, especially chicken wings items. And also beverage is limited. Although the food was tasty, it wasn't spicy as I had requested it to be. The drums were doused in honey, which wasn't mentioned in the menu. It was just so sweet. Not a fan of sweet chicken. The chilli chicken tasted good, but would have been better if it was spicy. The mushroom chicken fried rice felt like a rip-off. The quantity is just enough for 1 person. Not a shareable dish. Also the amount of chicken was extremely negligible. Didn't feel like a chicken fried rice. There's nothing special about the atmosphere, pretty standard place. Service was adequate. Ok for a quick bite if you are in the vicinity. Or if you want a no-frill place with decent food at somewhat decent prices, which won't take much time to prepare.

Visited this place with family for dinner and the food was awesome. We tried the corn soup and manchow soup which was very delicious. For starters we tried the fried wonton which was mouth watering and thread chicken, fried prawn, spring roll, chicken meatball which was all very delicious. At the end we had the noodles which was equally amazing and this place is worth visiting again for the amazing food..

Nice ambience Amount of food served in each order is enough for two person...wontons price 240..12 pieces Rice noodles was nice.those who have issues with flour can easily have rice noodles..chicken Manchurian (300+) ..12 pieces...not so spicy....good for those who want to eat Chinese but less spicy

In Siliguri, if you're looking for Chinese food that is decent in quality and quantity, then this is recommended. The cost is mid-range but the quantities are generous and you can get prawns here too. The taste is typically Indo Chinese, but the food is light, not very oily, flavorful, and well-presented. The servers are polite and very helpful. Of course, the cooking expertise ranges from quite good for many dishes to average for a few, but on the whole it's well worth the visit, and good value for money regarding taste and quantity. Single dishes of noodles or rice are usually enough for two, and the soup can be done 1x2. This makes it easy if you want to grab a quick, light Asian meal and split it with a friend. I had eaten here pre-Covid, and I'm glad the taste and eating experience has definitely improved. It's definitely a place to come back to. It's easily accessible, just at the corner of the Don Bosco More, very close to Checkpost. For parking, it's fairly easy parking a bike, but for a car you might need to park in the Don Bosco lane or further along the main road.

I generally do not sit down to write reviews for restaurants but this is an exception. The food here was so good that although the restaurant it located close to 20kms away from my home and does not deliver to my location I drove back immediately the day after my first visit in peak monday sevok road traffic for that wholesome goodness. Additionally the staff are so nice and polite that it just elevates the experience altogether.
