Prabhuji Pure Food Siliguri

The food tasted very meh, the staff's behavior was less than great, and the food ordering system was confusing and almost upsetting. We spent 400+ there, and honestly, none of the items were worth any of it. Portion size was also disappointing - not that more would've really helped, but just sayin

I tried raj Kachori chaat and that was totally waste of money..price Rs 110/- but size too small and fillings not enough. Taste should be better.

Never seen such poor service in any restaurant or food outlet so far. Staffs are not bothered who is sitting and what he wants. It's quite confusing,if it's a self service outlet or sevice is offered. Staffs are loitering and not bothered of guests. Even for water ,you have to go to RO and serve yourself. Price is higher as compared to its competitors nearby. Earlier when I used to come in late 2024, I found this place good aand now when it's reopened after 5 months gap, I thought I should give a try but highly disappointed.

This review is only based on my Swiggy delivery experience: I only ordered two items - a four piece Rosogulla and four piece gulab Jamun. The gulab Jamun was soft and melty- very delicious. The size of the gulab Jamun is smaller than the Rosogulla. 5/5 for this. The taste of Rosogulla was not as you expect. It's hard to dig into with a spoon and tough to bite into. (You will notice that the generic Bengali shop variant of rosogulla is softer to eat). 3/5 for Rosogulla. I have deducted one star for this. The packaging is a 10/10. Very impressed with the branding. If I visit the brand physically, I might change my review again. Until then, this remains.

A nice eatery for pure vegetarian with good ambiance and tasty food.. I had mini thali and biryani and both were good to taste. But would like to mention that food is bit overpriced.. Overall a good place to eat pure vegetarian food with lots of choices..

A spacious outlet serving good vegetarian dishes with seating arrangements available for about 30-40 people. It has a lot of packed items up for sale as well. I have tried their Pao Bhaji and Gulab Jamun and I loved both of them. I have also tried their Dil Khusal and Til Biscuits, they were good as well. A great place for having breakfast and snacks! Recommended.

Had papdi chat here. Was decent enough. Not great though. The padpi was a little thick and No onions and tomatoes were added. Not sure if that's how it's made here. Also had dosa for breakfast and that was okay too.
