Best restaurant to visit if you are a vegetarian especially if you are travelling to Siliguri or nearby places. Food quality is good and the serving staff are polite too. Nice, clean and well maintained restaurant, definitely worth the visit.
One of the famous Veg family resturant in Siliguri no doubt. It was near Sevok more, Location is Good. Parking is good. Ambience is very nice. Food quality is Excellent for veg food lover. But their service very poor, they can not attend properly, may be they fell very proudy for they are working in famous Resturant. I recommend baby corn, Manchurian and Sagar Special Thali, and Paneer Tikka is very taste.
The dosa actually tasted like dosa and chutneys and sambar was good too. I liked the pav bhaji as well.
I always used to visit this restaurant, however, for the last 3 months , the Resturant has lost it charm. Recently, on 25.5.24, our family had gone for a dinner. As usual the Resturant was crowded, after getting a seat after sometime, we found 1 person managing 3 tables, right from taking orders , getting on a table and serving. He was so busy did not have time to listen to our orders 2nd time. Further , their ac did not work making it worst and when people started complaining , they were like , ac bandh hai. The quality of the food has deteriorated from amazing to worst. Will not visit again.
I recently visited Sagar Family Hotel with my family. The food was of excellent quality, and the service provided was commendable. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience for us. Waiter M D Zahid was very friendly and liked the service
I went with my family for Sunday Dinner, and we liked the whole place and vibe. The food was also good. I would recommend this place for a family dinner or get-together. The staff was also nice.
